Sally Hansen Nails

Happy Easter Everyone. I hope your day was filled with Bunnies and chocolate. Mine was filled with a bit of rain, and a ton of chocolate…Talk about over indulging. But I kicked off my Easter weekend with nail polish to fit the occasion.

I used the Sally Hansen nail polish strips, which means no drying time! I will admit, they did take a little longer than I expected to put on, and I noticed a bit of peeling after I initially finished the application. But now, two days later, they are still looking nearly perfect. I bought two packs from Amazon, but you can also buy them in stores, and there are tons of designs available. Here’s a picture of the second design I bought. I figured it kinda went along with an Easter theme too.

They are supposed to last up to 10 days, and so far I can totally see that being true. I really liked that I didn’t have to wait for them to dry like you do with regular polish. My only complaint is that I can feel my hair snagging against some of them as I wash or run my hands through it.  I assume this is happening around the cuticle, where I couldn’t get a very good seal (not a big deal though).  They are fairly simple to apply once you get the hang of it, and the creative designs are fun to show off.
